Data centre policy deadline calendar

An outline calendar of dated data centre policy milestones across the CoolPower Index seed markets, built from the site's sourced policy records: reporting deadlines, compliance dates and consultation closes, each linked to its policy record and official source.

How this calendar works

Every row comes from a published policy record and its official source. When a policy changes, the record is updated first and the calendar follows. Proposed changes, such as the German EnEfG amendment, are flagged as proposed until adopted.

Coverage

Seed markets are the UK, Ireland, Germany, the US, Malaysia, Singapore, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, plus EU-wide rules that apply in Ireland and Germany. Several markets have policies with no fixed date, and these are listed separately.

Gaps

No dated US federal or UAE milestone was in the policy records at the time of writing. Always check the official source before acting on a date.
