Being listed, claiming your listing and correcting facts are free for every supplier. Paid enhancement adds visible extras only: logo, longer description, products, gallery, contact buttons and a labelled Featured spot. How to claim or correct a listing.

How booking works

Check availability in the table above, or email us first.
Pay securely with the booking button. Stripe handles the card payment.
Send your assets by email (see the checklist).
We review and publish within two working days of receiving everything.
Get your report in the first week of each month.

After you pay: what to send

Email advertise@coolpowerindex.com with the subject line of your package and your company name, including:

Logo as SVG or transparent PNG, at least 400 px wide
Destination URL (https). UTM tags are welcome
Headline up to 60 characters and message up to 140 characters (banners)
Button text up to 24 characters
For Featured profiles: description up to 250 words, up to 8 products, up to 3 photos you own the rights to, and a contact email or page
The category you booked, if it is a category sponsorship
A billing contact

Go-live timeline: within two working days of receiving complete assets. Your campaign month starts on go-live day.

How campaigns are reported

Impressions are counted when at least half of your placement is visible in the reader's browser, once per page view.
Clicks are counted on our server as the reader passes through to your site, so they are recorded even without JavaScript.
Known bots and crawlers are excluded. No personal data or cookies are used for counting.
Each month you receive impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each placement, by email, in the first week of the following month.

Measurement starts with this release, so there is no historical data yet. We will never estimate or inflate figures.

Ad labelling and editorial policy

Every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored or Featured label.
Paid links are marked rel="sponsored" for search engines.
Payment never changes editorial descriptions, the order of the main supplier lists, news selection or corrections.
One sponsor per exclusive slot at any time.
Ad claims must be accurate. We may decline or remove ads that are misleading, and refund any unused period.
CoolPower Index is vendor-neutral and gives no supplier special treatment.

Advertiser FAQ

Is claiming or correcting a listing free?

Yes. Every supplier can claim its listing and correct facts free of charge. Paid options only add extra visibility and never change editorial descriptions or the order of the main supplier lists.

What audience can I expect?

We do not publish audience figures until we have measured them. What exists today: 64 supplier profiles, 8 category pages and 13 sourced news items. Audience and newsletter figures will be added to the media kit once measured.

Do you guarantee impressions or clicks?

No. We report the real impressions and clicks your placement received each month. We do not sell guaranteed volumes.

Can I book more than one category?

Yes. Each category is a separate exclusive slot. Book each one from the availability table so the payment records the right slot.

What if the slot I want is booked?

The payment button is hidden while an exclusive slot is booked, so it cannot be sold twice. Use Join the waitlist and we will email you when it frees up.

When does my month start?

Your campaign month starts on the day your placement goes live, not on the day you pay.

How do I cancel?

Monthly packages roll monthly and can be cancelled any time by emailing us. The yearly Featured profile is billed once a year.

Is the newsletter sending yet?

Not yet. Signups are open and the first issues are in preparation. Newsletter sponsorship can be pre-booked, and your issue date is agreed with you by email before anything runs.

What is a Founding sponsor rate?

A reduced rate for our first sponsors while the site is new. Founding sponsor rates are offered to our first sponsors for an initial 3 to 6 months. Standard rates apply once audited traffic figures are published. The standard rate is shown next to every founding price.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.

Can I pay by invoice?

Card payment through Stripe is the fastest route. For an invoice or purchase order, email advertise@coolpowerindex.com.
