Digital Realty DC-CFA2 data centre (Jurong Island, Singapore)

Provisional capacity allocationSingaporeJurong Island

Digital Realty was one of four operators provisionally allocated 50 MW of data centre capacity by EDB and IMDA on 21 August 2026 under the second Data Centre Call for Application (DC-CFA2). DC-CFA2 data centres will be located on Jurong Island, where JTC is developing a low-carbon data centre park. Selected proposals committed to power at least 50% of capacity from green pathways such as biomethane, low-carbon ammonia or hydrogen, or building-integrated PV, to use liquid cooling and 100% energy-efficient IT equipment, and to meet Green Mark for Data Centres Platinum. Site, design and timing details for this project are not yet published.

What changed

  1. 21 Aug 2026 Singapore hands out 200 MW on Jurong Island with liquid cooling and green energy strings attached: EDB and IMDA provisionally allocated 50 MW each to Digital Realty, Equinix, Keppel Data Centres and STT GDC under the second Data Centre Call for Application. Winners committed to at least 50% green energy pathways, liquid cooling, Green Mark Platinum and efficient IT.
