Meta Zeewolde data centre (cancelled)
Planned Meta data centre at Zeewolde that would have had five data halls and 200 MW at full build, which DCD said would have made it the largest campus in the Netherlands. The project was paused in March 2022 and officially cancelled in July 2022 after local and political pushback. DCD notes that the Dutch government defines hyperscale data centres as sites of more than 10 hectares with 70 MW or more of demand.
