AWS data centre land option at Tnuvot (near Netanya)
Globes reported in November 2025 that AWS leased land near Netanya under a letter of intent with Rotshtein Real Estate and partners, where it could build a 60,000 sq m data centre of 35 to 40 MW. AWS can still abandon the land and pay an exit penalty during a five year option period. Globes says AWS had opened a 12 MW data centre on nearby land two years earlier.
