QTS Proyecto Rhodes data centre campus (Calatorao, Zaragoza)
Proyecto Rhodes is a campus of eight data centre buildings on about 223 hectares at Calatorao promoted by QTS, part of Blackstone. The Government of Aragón granted partial final approval of its general interest plan at the end of September 2026. Europa Press reports an investment of up to EUR 13,471 million and first infrastructure operating in 2028. The environmental assessment for later stages is still pending.
