Khazna and Benya data centre (Maadi Technology Park, Cairo)
Khazna announced in May 2023 plans with Benya Group for a 25 MW IT hyperscale data centre at Maadi Technology Park with a total investment of USD 250 million. No later status update was found, so the stage is unknown. Khazna said it would be the first hyperscale data centre in Egypt, aimed at businesses expanding abroad and at multinationals growing in the Middle East and North Africa.
