Khazna AUH4 data centre (Mafraq, Abu Dhabi)
Khazna announced in April 2025 two Abu Dhabi data centres, AUH4 in Mafraq and AUH8 in Masdar City, with 60 MW combined. AUH4 was due in December 2026. A per-site MW figure for AUH4 is not given in the Khazna release. Khazna said it is using a modular design architecture for AUH4 and AUH8 to improve efficiency during the build, with minimal waste and faster construction timelines.
