Data centre developer in Ireland. RTÉ reported in March 2026 that Echelon is building DUB20 at Arklow in County Wicklow, due in 2028, as part of a EUR 4.2 billion investment in DUB20 and DUB30, with a 220 kV substation developed with SSE and access to offshore wind.
