Cloud arm of Alibaba Group and the largest cloud infrastructure provider in mainland China, with 37% of spending in Q4 2025 according to Omdia data reported by DCD. In February 2025 Alibaba Group committed RMB 380 billion over three years to cloud computing and AI infrastructure. Omdia put mainland China cloud infrastructure services spending at USD 14.7 billion in Q4 2025, up 26% year on year. Huawei Cloud followed with 17% and Tencent Cloud with 10%.
